We work hard, every day, to deliver water and sewerage services to 1.5 million people in Melbourne’s south east. We measure South East Water’s performance in a variety of ways and recognise that you do too. We think it is important to report on our achievements and successes in 2010-11, but also recognise the need to report on the challenges we face and what we are doing to address them.
