Intelligent Networks Program
South East Water continues to seek out new ways and systems to make our assets work harder and smarter to deliver better services to customers, greater efficiency and increased value for money. Our Intelligent Networks program is driven by the need to adapt to the increasing challenges and complexities of the future integrated urban water environment. During the year, South East Water:
- Identified technologies to help us be more proactive with customers and drive industry collaboration.
- Raised internal and external awareness around how the program is enhancing our capability to deliver services to customers.
- Participated in the VicWater Intelligent Networks program.
- Trialled new technologies for intelligent network monitoring and control.
- Looked outside our industry to explore innovative technologies, tools and processes with potential crossover benefits.

South East Water continues to both drive and support water industry led research and innovation in urban water management.
