Mains pressure and flow information can be provided by South East Water for the purpose of fire service design.
South East Water have a new process to receive Pressure & Flow Information (PFI) requests. The PFI application process will now be part of the South East Water Property Development On-line Shop.

If you have used the Property Development On-line Shop previously, you can use your existing login details to submit PFI requests. If you are a new user, the registration process is quick and simple.
How the system can help you:
Advantages of the new system include:
- the same user interface used for many other South East Water services
- ability to pay up front by credit card or receive monthly invoices
- ability to attach electronic plans to your PFI application
- ability to submit multiple PFIs within the one order
- ability to track the progress of your PFI application
- your contact details will be saved by the system saving you time.
Fax or Post:
You can continue to submit your PFI requests by fax or post. We have an updated 
fax application form if you prefer this method.
