Why do I need a food and oil interceptor?
An inceptor is a tank or pit that intercepts fat, oil and food particles before they enter the sewer system. It is a requirement of your Trade Waste Agreement that all food related businesses producing fats, oils or grease as a by-product have an adequately sized interceptor installed.
