Community murals help fight war on graffiti in Melbourne’s south east

South East Water is winning the war on graffiti. Through a partnership with a Seaford community artist, the water retailer has painted more than 30 large-scale community murals on its sewage pump stations over the past seven years, deterring graffiti vandals from turning them into an eyesore.
